New Customer Registration

The registration process will take approximately 10 minutes.

If you have just brought a new 3rdisecure mobile security camera, congratulations! Before you can start using your new camera you will need to first register it. Completion of the registration process will activate your camera and send an application to your mobile phone what will allow you to interact with your new camera via you phone.

Registering your camera requires that you sign up to a 18 month contract where you pay for camera usage on a monthly basis. As part of the registration process, you will select the monthly tariff that is most appropriate for your camera use. Your payment method will be by direct debit or credit card payment.

If you have previously registered a 3rdiisecure camera and wish to register another camera, log into your account using the Your Account option on the above menu, click on the 'Camera Details' menu option and click on 'Click here to register another camera' option at the bottom of the page.

Click on 'Register' button below to start your registration.


The 3rdi camera is compatible with majority of mobile phones and mobile operators. Your mobile phone needs to be data enabled, this means you can connect to the web from your phone, it needs to be Java enabled which most modern phones are, but you can check in your user guide, and it must have a colour screen.

The 3rdi system will work with most mobile operators including O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Virgin and Vodafone. Please note the system will NOT work on the 3 network. This is because 3 do not allow third party applications to be downloaded to their handsets.
